Questions we get asked

If the answer you need is not here, call us or send a message. We would rather answer twice than have you guess.

How long does a shipment take to reach Banjul?

Freight leaves the UK weekly. Once it lands, clearance and handover in Banjul usually take a few days. We will tell you the expected date when you book, and you can follow the shipment on the tracking page at any time.

Do you collect from my address?

Yes. We courier from your home or place of business anywhere in the UK. Call or message us with the postcode and the approximate weight and we will arrange a collection.

How is the price worked out?

By weight, at the per kilogram rate on the pricing page, with a minimum charge for very light parcels. Electronics are quoted separately because they are handled differently.

How do I track my shipment?

We give you a tracking reference when you book. Enter it on the tracking page and it will show where your shipment has reached. You do not need an account.

What cannot be sent?

Anything an airline prohibits, which includes flammable liquids, aerosols, gas canisters, and loose batteries. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before you pack it.
